Fancier than your average(abode) baby iced flower gems, these japanese creations come in another hue-the orange and the suffused tye-dyes.

So rainbow comes in another shade; puckery ginger. Downing this candy it is contradictory with sweets from the sugar and ginger's(ly) sour; apart from the savoury idea of pretzels.
P.S. Still, ginger ranks my number 2 behind wasabi for dipping sauce; chilli flakes=3. Belachan or soy-dipping sauce, anyone?
