With more than 200 dining options to tempt any foodie, this was pronounced by Plaza Singpura's food court Kopitiam. I remember a ? before my table sums: if there were 20 stalls selling 10 different kinds of food each, it would add up to 200. The 'vegetable rice' stall sells a gazillion foods: meats, eggs, tofu, vegetables, fish; even sauce and curry sauces. The drinks-and-dessert stall can compensate for the rest.

The Handmade Noodles stall too. No wonder it's always so packed with people. Soup/dry, with shallots and/or ikan bilis and/or spring onions and/or noodles? (Order piles.) Yes, if you do not say anything there is nothing; green noodles 'vegetable' noodles!

The stall owner wiped her brow, bending over to retrieve a baked sheet of dough. Playdough; adding it into a dough grinder expelling green bunches. Strangely, that wasn't my portion. Mine was cooked already. From a close range, these were mouse-tailed and bluntly-cut compared to the ones at my house. Robust in the mouth, they contrasted with the dumplings which were crinkly and slippery.
P.S. Yeah, polyvore( a plant and carbohydrate-eater) who also consumes animal products; when people stare at my dish.
