Char Siew Prawn dumpling Jade Noodle (SGD 4.50)
Look through the dark season sauce and shiny coat- the noodles are thin, bereaved of flour and an unorthodox- green. Regular fat dumplings and meat slice dressed in green chinese noodles! Limp and undefined; plain, even - the commonest of noodles the wanton mee, yet holding them strands makes me sit up and proper, slurping them inside I feel my blood clean.
P.S. The char siew and prawns fared considerably too, though.
