True cafe, not? Pink eggs benedict@ Rise & Grind

Sunny

White meat eaters, pescetarian, and seafood lovers rejoice. Twin protein powers, eggs from the quality sources, chicken (egg), and fish (salmon roe).

At the top of the craggy hill (Bukit Timah Hill) (mound on top of the hill) (Bukit Timah Plaza in Bukit Timah Road), a whitewashed container classroom beside the Korean bingsu cafe, in the lukewarm slowly heating things up Bukit Timah belt of Downtown Line 2, it was an authentic cafe experience. Upside down rail pails and vintage cups were found in the cafe.

Avo-ka-dukkah (SGD 15.00)

The star fruit of the cafe, vegetarian eggs benedict. Eggs benny sauce that is green in colour? An avocado jam that is tarty, saltish, with yoghurt tones.

Oceans's Thirteen (SGD 17.00)

Another (pink)highlight of Rise & Grind, pink eggs benedict. Hollandaise sauce made from beetroot and yoghurt. Your rustic eggs ben toast does not run dry, soak it in the runny egg yolk, pink beets sauce, yuzu hollandaise sauce or skinny sans sauce.

Operated by locals, the minimally designed Rise & Grind menu was a mouthful to read. Many herbs and zests of nature, light on the stomach way of cooking, such as dukkah (superfoods around, ?eastern garlic) on the round poached eggs (of the green eggs benedict), haloumi cheese, grilled (on the green eggs benedict), and chives and cracked pepper (on the pink eggs benedict).

P.S. There were other proteins of the sphere yet to be explored. Hei Amigo (chorizo), The Italian Job (prosciutto), it would count for another trip.
