The Silver plate- *blue*@ Sakae Sushi

Cloudy

Non-stochiastically, there would be an urge for starchy, sticky carbohydrates. Marinated. Flavoured strips and those unbridled moreish cuts that goes with them. Even if it was ambient temperature, tepid.

The salads, mayonnaise, avocado. They seem to represent how sushi is being catered to here, the Out into Asia theory.

Ebi kani maki, lobster salad combo, yasai tempura, edamame, tamago sushi. Rainbow has new addresses.

Blue Paradise Maki (SGD4.29)

January the highlight's seafood. Hence there was kani, seafood treasures, hotate jewels, and a paradise that is blue. Utopia like the Caribbean there would be volcanic craters aqua or coastal cliffs, hence a suitably association with the maki, volcano or shrimp or spider butterfly, and its beverage coasters, sea-sprayed blue.

A stain the maki'd left. Smokin' hot blue, and my brain's frozen. {From the aurora}. A flash fire across the makizushi, it is sweet, like a Blue Curacao. (Calpis' from Japan anyway, fizz's the culprit. Ramune too (lemon).) That could be how blue'd been, to tune drinks. Fish fritter, and not breaded ebi like what is garnished on the red plate, it is batted by the lucid taste of the kani, with the mollifying accompaniment of nori and rice.

P.S. So silver'd be a league below the red (plate, premium). Take on a new rainbow. White ($2.20) plate, blue ($3.00) plate, pink ($3.80) plate, green ($4.50) plate, grey ($5.20) plate, red ($6.00) plate, gold ($6.90) plate (Sushi Tei). To-do resolution list. Ditto, have I not been in a slumber?

Pimp affair- H-pumpkin ice@ Winter Hokkaido Fair

Night

Mangoorange, orange. Its time we get some pumpin' with the beta kerotene daemon. Only beautiful coat and it'd be here.

Our favourite resort, the any of the 4 seasons of Hokkaido (Fair). This winter, Hokkaido brings cheese cake fromage with (!)strawberry, belgian chocolate pudding, cheese pudding with strawberry, squid with roe and milk and pumpkin ice cream to the tropics. A mix of the thermal feeling from Thanksgiving, All Hallow's Eve and polar nights from Hokkaido.

The canary yellow's too bright to be true. (Orange, perhaps?). But you could assume what you see is what you get, because its from the organic. From Hokkaido. And how white it can be, because it is from the raw with the enzymes, from Hokkaido. Ice cream and it can be barely essentials, the milk (flavour).

Pumpkin Ice Cream (SGD 5.00) (Cup/cone)

A vacuum sealed, velvety dehydrated chip of kabocha slab for the ice cream. Naturally savoury and with a zing, it moistens into a feed in the mouth. The cone which holds the ice cream is the steadfast, big knobbly kind as you are aware of, uniform for Hokkaido or the Hokkaido Fair, chamfered like a grand piano denoting how gourmet the cream'd be too, with a faint rice taste, made of mochi similar to the ice cream waffle, or monaka. So was cosmic yellow all sunbeams and rainbow? The ice cream was very rich almost to a raw but it was not bold in flavour or juicy, mild and fibrous so it not cloying.

P.S. Kabocha. And I crinkle away in guilt. The unpolished green coat of pumpkins here. (That's why the pumpkins you greet for trick or treat are orange, and carved, by default?). The Asian variety, or japanese pumpkin as it is coined which sets it apart. All the while I had treated green skins, whole, only with the squashes, winter melon. And why it'd be fetch played furthestyellow, and not orange.

Cheesy ichigos, with O(big)ban(coin)yaki(grill)

Night

When it is time to get frilly (snug), its time to get pink too. Fish out the red and white mittens and cotton wools, time to train your fishbone stitch and purling.

Mr. Obanyaki had left chef's artfulness and carnival feistiness upon us, with its obanyaki throughout time in the pavilion. The marketplace of colours, the red bean with green tea pancake, the candied fruits in the your a must yoghurt brunch. It is a whale of a time. Redbean, cheese, chocolate, redbean with greentea flavour, strawberry flavoured cheese, blueberry with cheese, kaya with cheese, red bean. Currently on the merchandise list.

Strawberry Flavoured Cheese Pancake (SGD 1.80)

Cheese sandwich, and how sakuras are strawberry again. The outer shell is hard, more grilled than a typical maru, and probably why Mr. Obanyaki'd be the Great Grill at the basement of Takashimaya Shopping Center. Oban denotes a large oval, and yaki the cooked or grilled, in Japanese. Once the code is cracked, it is a warm, fluffed up interior of the pancake running with cream cheese dip, made fresh and tangy with strawberry. A twin decked obanyaki, the way an obanyaki is scrambled into form(?), double happiness and bliss on the outlet for pink.

P.S. Caught the green burger, the multifariously hued burger, the pink burger. One hell of an amazing cauldron, peanut butter and jelly snack, smacking peanut butter and grape jelly stripes, peanut butter and strawberry jelly stripes, ol' fashion raisin cream cheese. Blueberry with cheese peddled here too, so this is strawberry with cream cheese. (Strawberry) of the Yan yan or Hello Panda, but not custard, converts, what's your take.

Smooth p(r)eacher- new peach cheese@ Mr Bean

Sunny

Tag watching. Dun-coloured NEW milo lava (the first one I'd get hooked), double dark NEW double chocolate, (then) snow pink NEW strawberry cream cheese, (and a) solid apricot NEW peach cream cheese. That glassy intermediacy of orange pink. How bounteous.

Icy mango soya, icy peach soya, peach cream cheese. Peach may be because out of the season, without any occasion or irregularities in weather, back to covering the bubbly less fussy blueberry which has been phased out, something missing out in the richs and heavy in the spectrum of its cakes. A commencement for the new year, in a shade warmer than the blueberry jam.

Peach Cream Cheese (SGD 1.80)

The tasty fruit. And the colour which describes to be the beige, closest in line to pink, if you do not want to be classified as a female airhead. Ok, so peaches are summer yellow. Clot-like compote and the curds, it is peach conserve with spreadable cheese in the japanese pancake. Fruit pieces and a bit chewy, the bright fragrance poured out penetrating into the cheese clumps and pancake. Great if you want delish and savoury, Mr Bean's most popular flavour (cheese) but with a little tartiness, gingered spice.

P.S. Fruits wines and cheese again. Orange peel or peach, you've got to remember it is fruit spread or the conserves here, at Mr Bean. Just like the long-necked bottled jarsfor blueberry icy soya. Marmalade set in the center of the blender. But when was it that peach, that juicy scheme (colour) that always have enough to wring had marred into pink. Pink bottoms momo, longevity peach buns.(?)
