Feel (good) mint- Meiji aero chocolate from Nihon

Sunny

It may be the year of the Jubilee, yet another kind of thing whisks up memories. The sachets opening up to chocolaterocket candies, the CyanMagentaYellow retro prints, the mouthwash feel of cheap hoard of goodies.

Meiji Apollo Feel Mint Chocolate (JPY 217)

They were actually called by name. A certain position in the hearts of those who ate and made them, then. Apollo, Meiji. Did anyone try to play pretend man on the moon, little cones making their way up a mountain, or taking off of an umbrella parasol.

With little dots of yellow on it, I were guessing they were pepper mint, or thick syrup of butter oil and sugar. Packing a considerable punch of the After Eight chocolates, despite the light, pastel and soft edges.
