Green Spaghetti

Roll one: Han's, Jack's Place, Swensen's
Roll two: Cafe' Cartel, New York New York!, F.I.S.H
Determined by the era, roll one denotes twentieth century fads, dim-lit hush for private, intimate gatherings. Roll two defines twenty-first dining, colourful and loud with a lively atmosphere.

So it was comfort encountering Han's in the crevice between Velocity and Square 2.

Spinach Pine Nut Pesto (SGD 8.80)

Staple was ordered. (Staple=green?) Until today light is dawned that pasta comes in red, white, or golden. Golden being aglio olio, vongole, or pesto. So this is pesto, but is this what which gives the spaghetti a green(coat); or is it because the spaghetti's spinach pasta? This, however, was never sought despite being a staple. Pasta maniacs out there, carbohydrates traded for a bloaty meat belly, sustenance yielding from the embellishment of herbs, nuts and spices; and the more important- pasta-wielding sauce- heavenly, here bespoken by its ingredients and lovely colour.

P.S. On more doubts; pardon me Han's is Roll one frequented by the 90's, my childhood, it is a magic box all-and-sundry concocted within the article of the counter and/or the kitchen behind. Milo, cheeseburgers to hor fun, pasta and steak- tinkling sounds of the coffee stirrer and sloshing of milk cartons and everything is served piping hot on the table.
