Do not get me wrong, I did not bake this. (Bread Society did). Remember no adulteration, preparation and pretense on these foods. Macha(the first time I'd seen such spelling) paired with pumpkin seed an alternate variant from the usual sesame, poppy or black sesame seeds in cookies; adzuki bean, honey or currants in cakes.
