Our visit to Yamakawa Super, the cashier asked us if we'd like to have a go at their new products in stock— seeing us with faces like we like green tea a lot. Sure, bring on the matcha.
Matcha, in line with japanese production lines, one was in for a real treat. Fancy japanese branding and recipe, this was one different from the meiji rich matcha, an intense odour hailing from the barks of a tree. Still, a carcophagous fanatic this is likened to the buzz of trying new salads, and I would have to insist that the candy is a brown on a chocolate green.

P.S. Green tea. The brainchild of this (matcha)chocolate.
