How many ways can you say rainbow? Oh here, we have another term used, though not very often though(compared to the nyonya or kueh or melaka), it is the Potong. Traditional potong(cut) ice-cream, made from red bean, yam, chendol, or pulau hitam.

Synonymous with the ice-cream sandwich(the potong), ice cream flavours expanding from the traditional, to ripple, peppermint, chocolate and chocolate chip. However one has to note that the potong here does not refer to the block or its flavours, but rather the carbohydrates that wrap it in. The potong(multi-coloured) bread.
P.S. Found in cold storage; pink(warm colours), and mint(cool colours) on a nuclear body brown(tertiary colours). Joy/rainbow in 3 colours.
