Tohato Caramel Corn Matcha (SGD 2.80)
Light-weight; disposable bento box, Caramel Corn comes with facial features and edible colours! There is even a belly to boot(exposing its digested food). Once in a while you can catch the other species: pink for Peach, yellow for Honey, fortune cat for Canael(make-a-wish in japan). Note: the rarer the species, the rarer/more exquisite their colour/flavour. This is green: lime, exotic matcha.
This could be Roald Dahl's magical green Crystals. (James and the Giant Peach).
A cross between the original red or honey, this corn is for those who enjoy their caramel(the green tea's only faint whiff at the surface.) The magick lies in its japanese snack: being so representational- the ordinary puffed-grain sweet corn grits, Tohato's(best known for its eye-catching packaging); having so many limited flavours- yet extending to embrace the green, too, as though it was worth a run for its money. And breaking open the corn to see the familiar pores not white; yellow, but faint(heartedly) green.
